A vertical form fill & seal machine (VFFS) is a common bagging machine. The VFFS is used to package a variety of products in bags as part of a production line. Nowadays, this type of packaging is used in almost all industries. VFFS machines are fast, efficient and save on packaging costs and factory space.

The VFFS machine begins by forming the bag from the rollers. Then the bag is filled and sealed in preparation for shipping. VFFS machines can be configured in a multitude of ways and are available in a variety of sizes with different functionality. VFFS bags can be used for liquids or dry products in a variety of settings.

Our extruders are equipped with Laser Aligned Dies and automated smart  gauge controller technology given us the flattest of all possible  film with virtually no tolerance. This flat no tolerance film will increase your productivity without compromising your seals.

These same extruders are also equipped with state of art winders for the purpose of producing rolls with excellent roll geometry. These super flushed rolls will run consistently on your VFFS wrappers. VFFS machines can operate at high speeds because the machine forms the bags from a roll and each package costs less than pre-made packages.
